It was late at night and I did not feel like looking for a room somewhere else. At that point, I told her we would be good. She walked in the hall and asked someone to bring cleaning supplies. I immediately told her if we were to stay in that room the shower had to be cleaned. I went to the bathroom and there was hair in the shower. At this point, the lady was getting aggravated that I was checking everything so close and continued asking if that room was good. I looked at the sheets and pillows on the bed and they looked okay. We went together to the room and I barely walked in the room and she kept asking me if the room was good. The lady working the desk came up to the room and gave us a key to the room next door and asked for me to check it while she was up there. I immediately called the front desk to ask for another room. We are pretty sure insect larvae by the bathroom on the floor and the showers were so dirty and disgusting. I do not know how this hotel has such good reviews… I will say first that I cannot recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay here again… We are Diamond members and stay at Hilton properties all the time! The housekeeping service at this hotel is in dire need of help!! When we got to our room, we noticed trash and finger or toenail clippings beside the couch, the carpet was stained very badly, the chair had horrible stains all over it along with the window coverings. I don't even know where to start with this review.

1HC & Candlewood suites, y'all need to own your work with cleaner rooms & give a care about people needing to use your advertised destination charger. Positive note the bed linens were clean after being closely examined & the bed was comfy. He promptly gave me a big can of room freshener spray & said use this I upon settling into the room after using Lysol wipes & air freshener I discovered a trash can containing the guests before us, trash & the laundry basket in the closet containing used towel/towels. Walked back to the front desk, told me I was out of luck. Front desk told us there is nothing they can do and gave us the key card and we wearily walked to our room only to discover that it smelled like a huge ash tray! Ugh ×100.

I have full confidence that when we go back again, and for all the other guests in between, it will be a great overnight experience 💪🏻👍🏻 Arriving from a long day on the road & with a promise of an advertised destination charger for our car, we discovered another car parked in the charging spot not charging. We had a lovely chat 😃 thank you Mr Ethan👋 He wanted to address the dirty linen & the blocked advertised destination charger. ****Updated! The manager, Ethan, reached out to me and said he wanted to make sure all the wrongs were corrected.
